hmmm..
ok, I've been trying to avoid this, but it's not happening. I try to keep this blog "lighthearted"...but this is on my mind alot, and it's MY blog...so too bad.
Every time i look at the news I'm slowing beginning to HATE Israel...it's people...or anyone that supports them...I know "hate" is a strong word...but I dont know any other word that's bigger than "disgruntled, disgusted, and angry with" ...so "hate" is where I gotta be.
I know I'm gonna catch shit for this...oh well. And NO this doesn't mean I'm anti-semetic...I have nothing against the religion of Judaism...just Israel.
If you disagree...no offense...I dont care...and dont want to hear about it (you obviously dont know what you're talking about)...thats all...let the attack on me, that will probably happen anyway, begin...

There's nothing wrong in expressing an opinion.
hear hear smartypants! Its your blog man, if someone doesn't like your opinion, they can easily blurk somewhere else. :D
Groing up in Lebanon during the civil war, I always wished my country was more like Israel or Saudi Arabia, i.e majority Jewish, Sunni-Muslim, Christian, what have you...This was primarily because the civil war in Lebanon was based on religious discord. Now, I realise that I hope Lebanon will continue to be as religiously and ethnically diverse as it is.
Lebanon has been around for as long as one can remember and its albeit frail democracy based on religious and ethnic consensus and tolerance makes it the most progressive and forward thinking country in the Middle East. I know this sounds very self-serving but this is not my intent. I truely believe that despite the violence that ravaged and continues to my country, our ability to accept one another is what makes us viable.
Israel, through it's continuous offensive/defensive policies is turning into a very untolerable and quite frankly self-destructive -on the longer-run-entity. This also applies to the so-called democracies in the Arab world who are truth be told theocracies
