I have a song that's been playing in my head for about 2 days straight...although it is a beautiful song...and the set of lyrics dancing in my mind are amazing...I'm hoping that writing them down here will "release" them and the death-grip they have on my short term memory right now...

Have you considered listening to the Copacabana...that'll get rid of the first song. The fun thing about the Copa, is that you can sing it around your friends and co-workers and it'll get stuck in their heads. have an escort to your car at the end of the day though.
This song reminds me of a coffeehouse in Philly where they used to play a lot of records like this.
