weird find...

Digging through an old notebook, that I felt still had some use in it (for school...am I becoming "thrifty"?)...I found some pretty bad psuedo poetry stuff I had written in the "cloud nine" stages of my last relationship...hilarious stuff. I figured what the hell, I dont have much else to say, so i threw it up onto my blog.

I can feel your smile
like sunlight kissing my skin
happily floating in a river of your everyday expressions

It's amazing how being reminded of days long gone can both; make us smile reminiciently...and...sad that it all goes by so quickly.

here's another a few pages later...crazy, I forgot about this completely...ha.

Feel you as a canvas
sculpt, create, investigate
our sillouette
like a passion masterpeice
learning the absurd rythym we've made
finally capturing joy

*yeah, I know it's crap...but I was a lot younger then...and as everyone knows....love makes us stupid...*

unfortunately this "noise" is all i got for you right now...I'm writing a paper for a group project...of couse the "group" is all 18-21 year olds...so they've contributed nothing, and in fact have yet to make the time to meet as a group...so I'm doing all of it.

Hate slackers. Love poetry.

Especially the kind that draws pictures and memories in your head.

Hahahah it is so interesting how even guys become all mushy when they are in love :) since i live in the country of macho men this is not something i get to hear often.
I actually like some them, they have something very personal about them. I am not good at poetry but i am sure this is not the worse i read :P just kidding.
Hope you fall in love and write even more soppy stuff

You would have to drag my teenage poetry from me kicking and screaming. I was so maudlin back then. = )
